Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the Dressify website and mobile application (the "Service") operated by Dressify ("us", "we", or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

2. Use of the Service

Dressify provides AI-powered fashion tools, including outfit generation, measurement estimation, and shopping recommendations. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to:

Use the Service to upload content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

4. Subscriptions and Purchases

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (such as weekly or annually).

Weekly Access: $2.99/week
Lifetime Access: $15.00 one-time payment

Prices are subject to change. You can manage your subscription and auto-renewal settings through your App Store or Google Play account settings.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Outfit AI and its licensors.

6. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses Artificial Intelligence to generate images and recommendations. While we strive for accuracy, AI generations may not always be perfect or physically accurate. You acknowledge that:

Measurements provided are estimates and should be verified.
Outfit simulations are for visualization purposes only.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Dressify, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
